Genealogy of the McClelland and Related Families

The genealogy bug struck in 1995, soon after our McClelland grandparents celebrated their 60^th wedding anniversary. Since then, we've conversed with numerous relatives and expanded our research. This web site includes narratives of several key descendant lines from Ireland, Scotland, England, Netherlands, and Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick and Quebec).

Status as of June 2010:

• file and photo additions made to some of the family research pages
• a Second Site database has been added to allow searching for individuals
• the genealogy section of this web site has now reached 1300 files, totalling 90 MB (much of that size being photos and certificate scans) ...
• conversion into a new web layout in underway, during which time the existing web pages in the old layout are still live (use the links at the right)
