This site contains a narrative of the descendants of Alexander McKinlay. Alexander was born around 1776 in Of Anderson, Lanarkshire, Scotland. In 1801 he married Jean White, in Glasgow. They had a total of five children. The research shown on this web site follows through to the descendants of Alexander's grandson, James. James and his large family moved to Canada around 1912. A total of four generations are followed, with photos and illustrative links provided where available. Enjoy ...
