This site contains a narrative of the descendants of Antonius van Schilt of Noord-Brabant, Netherlands. His eight children from the early 1700's were the beginning of a large family. As was typical of the day, the geographic spread of the descendants remained close, with only a few individuals venturing beyond the borders of the Netherlands. The research aim on these pages is a comprehensive tracking of the van Schilt surname, currently totalling 520 people and 219 families.

Seven generations are followed, with photos and links provided where available.
